The safety and wellbeing of our travellers is our number one priority. We would never operate a tour if we felt our group members safety would be compromised.

We closely monitor events occurring in our destinations of operation as well as worldwide to ensure you're informed and have the highest level of safety possible at all times.

If there is any disruption or change to your tour we will notify you by email. It's important you also check with your airline in case there are any changes to your flight. And with the appropriate immigration department, embassy or consulate to confirm any visa or entry requirements you may have before departing.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve we are working hard to support our travellers and provide the information and reassurance they need.

If you are travelling with us in the near future it's important you stay informed as to your entry requirements and any restrictions that may be in place. Also check with your airline in case your flight is being re-directed and contact us if your flight arrival details change or if you have any other issues.

The full amount you have paid for your tour will automatically be applied as a credit towards any future INTRO tour (subject to availability) and will remain fully protected until you decide when and where you’d like to travel with us again.

If your tour has not been suspended and is coming up soon, there's some suggested things to consider. 

- Check with your airline that your flight is scheduled to depart.

- Check with the local embassy or consulate of your tour destination about any visa or entry requirements.

- Check your travel insurance and what it covers you for.

- Both prior to your arrival or during your tour there is the chance that entry requirements could change or government decisions are made that are beyond our control that affect your ability to travel as planned. If so we will provide as much support as possible to ensure your trip runs smoothly, and if your tour is disrupted we will provide suitable alternatives where possible or if needed full credit for any unused portion of your tour. 

-Your destination or airline may have COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements to enter. It is your responsibility to adhere to these requirements to ensure your arrival is not impacted and you can join your tour without issue.
