3 Days in Seoul: Dive into Korea’s Capital

We start with three days in Seoul, where you’ll experience the perfect mix of old and new. Explore iconic palaces like Gyeongbokgung and stroll through charming Hanok villages to soak up traditional Korean architecture. You’ll also get to shop and snack in lively spots like Insadong and Gwangjang Market, featured on Netflix’s “Street Food Asia.” Plus, we offer unique activities like a Taekwondo class taught by a black-belt instructor and the chance to create your own K-Pop dance video - making sure your Seoul experience is as fun as it is memorable.

1 Day Exploring the DMZ: History Up Close

One of the most powerful parts of visiting South Korea is the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), the heavily guarded border between North and South Korea. You’ll be able to learn about the history and tension that shaped these nations and even get a glimpse into life on the other side of the border.

1-2 Days in Jeonju: Food and Tradition

Next, we head to Jeonju, famous for its well-preserved Hanok village and incredible cuisine. Explore the traditional streets, enjoy tastings of Korean rice wines like makgeolli and soju, and take part in a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make bibimbap and other Korean favourites.

2 Days in Busan: Beaches, Views & Nightlife

In Busan, Korea’s stunning coastal city, you’ll be able to relax on beautiful beaches and take a ride on the Haeundae Sky Capsule for spectacular ocean views. The highlight? An authentic Korean BBQ dinner followed by an optional dive into Busan’s vibrant nightlife, including karaoke if you’re up for it.

1 Day of Taekwondo: Kickstart Your Skills

We dedicate a day to learning Taekwondo from a black-belt instructor. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a martial arts fan, this session offers a hands-on cultural experience - and yes, you’ll even get to break wooden boards!

1 Night at a Buddhist Temple: Find Peace and Reflection

One of the most unique parts of our tour is the overnight stay at a Buddhist temple. You’ll join monks in their daily prayers, eat traditional vegan meals, and enjoy the tranquil mountain atmosphere. It’s a perfect way to slow down and reflect during your busy trip.

1-2 Days in Gyeongju: Korea’s Ancient Capital

Finally, before heading back to Seoul, we explore Gyeongju, known as the “museum without walls.” You’ll visit ancient tombs, pagodas, and palace ruins on a bike tour, and spend the night in a traditional Hanok with underfloor heating - a cosy and authentic experience. You can even dress in traditional Hanbok to complete the cultural immersion.

Our South Korea Adventure captures the essence of what makes South Korea so special, blending iconic sights with interactive experiences and insider knowledge. It’s crafted to immerse you in the country’s fascinating history, dynamic culture, and modern vibrancy - all while travelling alongside a friendly travel crew and incredible group leader.
