The best time to visit Central America is from December to April (the dry season). This peak season boasts plenty of sunshine making it an ideal time for exploring jungles and lounging on beaches. If you don't mind getting a little morning shower, May through to November are quieter months to visit. During June and July, rain showers pause briefly, and Central American forests burst with green foliage.
