NOOSA & FRASER ISLAND (K'gari)
Discover the Aussie holiday favourite Noosa, famous for its laidback lifestyle and stunning beaches. We’ll kick back beach-side before heading to one of the absolute highlights on the East Coast of Australia - Fraser Island (K'gari)! You’ll get to drive your own 4x4’s around the biggest sand island in the world. The beach and sand dunes are your highway for the next 3 days. Swim in the incredible turquoise waters of Lake McKenzie, float down the lazy river of Eli Creek, get a 360 degree view of Fraser Island from Indian Heads Lookout, chill in the bubbles of the Champagne Pools, learn about the Aboriginal history on the island, spot dingoes in the wild, and then sleep beneath the stars in a private, exclusive campsite with your group. Arriving back in Noosa, we’ll explore the idyllic coastline on our way to the Instagram-worthy Fairy Pools.
AIRLIE BEACH & WHITSUNDAYS
Enjoy some free time at the beachfront lagoon in Airlie Beach before discovering another absolute must do on the East Coast - the stunning Whitsundays. Made up of 74 tropical islands, we’ll board our boat for the next 2 nights. Relax and sunbathe on the massive deck as we sail to the outer parts of the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel with an abundance of marine life on the fringing reefs and try your hand at stand up paddle boarding. Later you’ll get to explore the amazing swirls of fine white sand on the world-famous Whitehaven Beach.
MAGNETIC ISLAND
Today we’ll jump on the ferry to a slice of tropical paradise - Magnetic Island. Over the next 2 days you’ll stay in beach front huts while you explore the best of this magical Island. Chill out in your ocean front hammock, hire a car and explore the hidden beaches and hike up the historic Forts Walk. If you’re lucky you’ll even spot wild koalas and rock wallabies.
MISSION BEACH

If you‘ve ever thought of skydiving this is the place! Jump at 15,000ft and soak up views of both the Great Barrier Reef and rainforests before landing on the beach, or white water raft the Tully River rapids through a specular gorge surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest.

Cairns is the ultimate backpacker adventure hub. Here you’ll tick off a massive bucket list item and experience a full day on the Great Barrier Reef. You’ll get to snorkel and sail the Great Barrier Reef and visit 2 unique outer reef locations. While in Cairns we’ll also explore the real Aussie oasis of the Atherton Tablelands. You’ll swim under epic waterfalls, slide down natural rock slides and swim in dormant volcano craters all while your experienced guide teaches you about this extraordinary place. It’s always a good time to go backpacking in Australia! It’s generally quite hot in most parts of the country for the majority of the year except for the southern half of Australia during winter (June, July & August). But because Australia is such a big country when it’s cold down south most people will head north and follow the sun!
Travel insurance is compulsory for all our trips. Click here to organise a quote and policy for yourself.
No worries. Unless you tell us otherwise we’ll automatically book you into our accommodation from the day you arrive, and you can pre-pay for this before you leave. If you’re staying at our accommodation we will provide an airport transfer even if you arrive early.
